What can I manage from Paddle?

Paddle’s hosted customer portal can handle subscription cancellations, payment-method updates, invoice downloads, and customer billing details.

What if I want to stop renewing?

Open the Paddle customer portal and cancel renewal there. If you have trouble getting in, email support.

What if my card changed?

Open the Paddle customer portal and update the saved payment method so future renewals can bill correctly.

What if I was charged and the app still says trial expired?

That usually means the subscription still needs to be matched to your local key or activation flow. Email support and include the billing email, charge date, and which tier you purchased.
