Trade Review Pro Refund Policy
Paid tiers include a 7-day free trial so customers can test the workflow before paying. For paid charges, the refund window is 14 days.
Exact refund window
Refund requests may be made within 14 days of the initial purchase or within 14 days of a subscription renewal charge.
How refunds are handled
Trade Review Pro uses Paddle as merchant of record. Refunds are handled through Paddle and follow Paddle's refund process.
How to request a refund
For refund, billing, cancellation, or receipt requests, customers can use Paddle buyer support or contact tradereviewpro@gmail.com and include the billing email used at checkout.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a subscription so it does not renew for the next billing period. Cancellation and subscription management are handled through Paddle.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial is available before payment so you can evaluate the paid tiers before subscribing.
