Free trial first

TradeReviewPro uses a 7-day free trial for paid tiers so you can evaluate the software before subscribing. The free trial is intended to reduce the need for refunds by letting you test the product before paying.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription so it does not renew for the next billing period. Cancellation timing and billing behavior are ultimately controlled by the Paddle checkout and billing system.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, had an access problem immediately after billing, or experienced a serious technical issue that prevented normal use, contact support as soon as possible with the billing email used at checkout and a short description of the problem.

How refund requests are reviewed

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. The most helpful details are the plan purchased, approximate charge date, Paddle billing email, and what happened when you tried to use the software.
