TradeReviewPro is built around a local-first workflow. This policy explains what stays on your machine and what limited information may be involved in billing and support.

Your trade-review files

Your recordings, notes, spreadsheets, clips, and local analysis files stay on your machine. TradeReviewPro does not automatically upload or share those files.

Billing information

Checkout and subscription billing are handled by Paddle. Payment details, taxes, receipts, and billing records are processed through Paddle rather than through a separate TradeReviewPro account system.

License and subscription status

The software checks license and subscription status to determine whether a trial is active or whether a paid subscription is valid. That process is used only to control access to the paid software tiers.

Support messages

If you contact support, any information you choose to send is used only to answer your question, investigate the issue, or improve the software. Sharing screenshots, clips, or spreadsheets is always your choice.

Analytics and site traffic

The website may use standard hosting or analytics tooling to understand visits and site health. That is separate from your local trade-review data inside the desktop software.

How to limit what you share

If you need help but want to stay cautious, send only the smallest amount of information needed to explain the problem. You control what files or screenshots are shared for support.
